How do I place an Order?
Visit our Order Page and place your order adding items to your basket. You will be then asked to register before being transferred to the payment page. Please ensure you complete your delivery address.
Your site says an item is 'out of stock'?
Every day we have a set amount of stock of products, the product stock will refresh at midnight every day.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver daily across Greater Newcastle. Areas such as southern Northumberland, including Blyth, Morpeth, Hexham, Bedlington,Cramlington, Throckley. Also South Shields, Sunderland, Washington, Durham (DH1) and Chester Le Street ( DH2 & DH3) are served on specific days
Below are specific delivery days for outlying areas in Wearside, Southern and West Northumberland. Currently we cannot offer specific delivery times.
Monday Durham (DH1, 2, 3) & Washington (NE37 NE38)
Tuesday Corbridge & Hexham
Wednesday South Tyneside & Sunderland
Thursday Blyth, Bedlington, Ashington & Morpeth
Friday - South Tyneside
Please note that if orders are received which are not in one of the above delivery postcodes or areas, Grainger Delivery reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
Orders placed before 9pm Weekdays are delivered the next day.
Click & collect
Click and collect is available Monday to Saturday 10am until 3pm from Alley 5 Entrance on Nuns Street. Make your way to the entrance and ring the bell at the desk. You'll be asked for your order number and some security questions to prove your ID. Social Distancing rules are in place, to protect our customers and staff.
How do I pay?
We can accept all major credit or debit cards – we do not accept cash payments.
Grainger Delivery operate a minimum order of £20 for either Home Delivery or Click & Collect .
Where is my order?
We aim to have all orders delivered the next working day for order received by 4pm on a weekday. However, at busy times please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. For Monday delivery, orders placed should be placed before 4pm Sunday.
Wrong delivery address on my order – please help !
When you register with our site, you must enter you contact delivery address. Our system will not allow you to enter delivery details for a post code that we do not currently deliver to.
What is in a box?
All our boxes can vary dependent on supply, the images supplied on the the product pages are a good indication of the type and quality of the products . However if stocks change we may substitute items in your order with items of same or greater value . In this unprecedented times we are committed to ensuring that we ensure you receive your order to the best of our abilities.
Can I return an item to my driver?
You can return an unwanted item to your driver and they will return it to the store and process a refund for you. You’ll then receive an email with details of the refund. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount refunded to appear in your bank account.
What should I do if my driver has left but I want to return an item?
You can return most unwanted or damaged items you ordered to Grainger Delivery.com. The item must be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging. Please check our Terms and Conditions Policies for full details.
The following exemptions apply:
Chilled and frozen products baby food and milk, gift cards, vouchers, fireworks, lottery tickets and scratch cards, tobacco, cigarettes, tobacco products (papers, filters etc), cigars, unsealed DVDs CDs, video games, unsealed earrings or hair accessories, unsealed bedding (pillows, duvets, quilt covers, sheets).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
