Espresso Crema does exactly what is says on the tin.
Roasted until oils start to emerge from the bean this blend has a traditional Italian espresso flavour and an excellent crema head.
Unlike most roasters, our open flame roasting process hardens the casing of our dark coffee beans. this means that we can roast our coffee slightly darker than other roasters without getting that ash or burnt flavour we see from so many other roasting companies.
This helps to develop the caramel flavours that this blend is so well known for.
It shines particularly when used to produce the traditional milk drinks, Cappuccino and Latte.
