Finca la Barca smoked olive oil: EDTA, EGG yolk, sulphites.
Classic alioli: sunflower oil (77%), water, lemon juice and salt.
Alioli with tyme and lemon: sunflower oil (73%), water, purple garlic(3%), pasturarised egg yolk, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, stabilizer (xanthan gum), thyme, concentrate lemon juice, antioxidant ( vitamin c), preservative (potassium sorbate), aroma ( natural lemon and tyme aroma).
Alioli made with black garlic: sunflower oil (73%), water, purple garlic (3%), black garlic (5%), pasteurised egg yolk, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, concentrate lemon juice, stabilizer (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Spicy hot alioli: sunflower oil (47%), water, concentrate tomate juice, sugar, pasteuriced egg folk, vinegar, purple garlic, stabilizer (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), cayenne, antioxidant, glucose and fructose syrup.
Finca la barca smoked alioli: Sunflower oil, Finca la Barca smoked olive oil (27.5%), garlic (7%), water, vinegar, pasteurized EGG yolk, lemon juice (SULPHITES) salt, sugar, modified corn starch, stabilisers: xanthan gum and alginate, smoke flavouring, antioxidant: EDTA, preservative: potasium sorbate.
