Spicy Mallorcan IGP Sobrasada
Authentic Mallorcan sobrasada in the most traditional format.
Recommended as a tapa, sobrasada can be enjoyed cold or heated on breads or toasts. Cut into thick slices, this sobrasada can also be quickly fried at a high heat, liberating extraordinary flavours and aromas.
Sobrasada can also be used as a flavour and colour enhancer in other meat or vegetable dishes, such as a casseroles and soups.
Enjoy cold, warmed up or cooked. Peel before consuming as the casing is not edible.

Pork belly and pork lean, paprika, salt, dextrose, natural aroma of rosemary and antioxidants (rich extract in tocopherols, esters of fatty acids of ascorbic acid). Casing not edible.
