They come interleaved for ease of separation; serve at room temperature for best flavour. Classically served in Spain with bread sticks as an accompaniment, or as part of a charcuterie platter with other meats and olives.

These Serrano Reserva Chorizo slices from north-west Spain are made from pure-bred Serrano pork with added sweet paprika. For ease of preparation and to improve flavour, remove from the fridge about half an hour before serving. It can be eaten in sandwiches or as part of a mixed cured meat platter. Perfect to share for any occasion!

SPICY CHORIZO SARTA HORSESHOE 280g
This is a high-quality spicy horseshoe-shaped chorizo from La Rioja. These chorizos are well-cured, made using spicy paprika and cayenne pepper. Their aroma is balanced with a preponderance of paprika in addition to notes of garlic. They have an intense long-lasting flavour, well-balanced between lean and fat. Free from additives, preservatives and colorants.
SOBRASADA FROM MALLORCA SPREAD TUB 200g
A finer paste than the regular sobrasada gives a more buttery texture, perfect for quickly spreading onto toast, for sandwiches or canapés.
This is meant to be served cold - if you want a sobrasada you can heat up or cook with.

These baby sized gherkins or pepinillos are marinated in white wine vinegar with mustard seeds, silverskin onions and black peppercorns.
