This is a high-quality spicy horseshoe-shaped chorizo from La Rioja. Martinez Somalo is a traditional family business with more than 110 years' experience making chorizo. These chorizos are well-cured, made using spicy paprika and cayenne pepper. Their aroma is balanced with a preponderance of paprika in addition to notes of garlic. They have an intense long-lasting flavour, well-balanced between lean and fat. This horseshoe shaped chorizo is very versatile; it can be sliced and eaten as it is, or sliced and used in cooking. Free from additives, preservatives and colorants.
ARTISAN UNPASTURAZED SEMICURED MANCHEGO WEDGE 150g
This is an artisan-made unpasteurised semicured Manchego wedge, weighing 150g. It is made using solely the milk of Manchega sheep, grazing the open grasslands of La Mancha. It has a Denomination of Origin from La Mancha as proof of its quality and provenance.
SPANISH BREAD STICKS PICOS CAMPEROS 125g
These Picos Artesanos are mini breadsticks made with extra virgin olive oil, presented in a smart card box. Crunchy and tasty, these little breadsticks are made simply using wheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil, yeast and salt. The dough is then moulded into little bread-roll shapes before being baked. Picos are eaten throughout Spain with tapas, ham, other charcuterie, cheeses and snacks. Delicious!
