Variety: 70% Garnacha Blanca and 30% Macabeu.
This lovely wine is made from 30 year old vines which give a low yield but a more concentrated flavour. The wine was fermented in stainless steel, but aged on the lees (the dead yeast) after fermentation for 2 months to give a fuller bodied wine with complex notes of brioche and toast.
It is straw yellow in colour, clean and bright. On the nose there are aromas of white fruit, floral and citrus notes in balance. Plenty of freshness & balanced acidity to keep it bright. An elegant, soft wine with richness.
