This is a high-quality spicy horseshoe-shaped chorizo from La Rioja. These chorizos are well-cured, made using spicy paprika and cayenne pepper. Their aroma is balanced with a preponderance of paprika in addition to notes of garlic. They have an intense long-lasting flavour, well-balanced between lean and fat. Free from additives, preservatives and colorants.
